- Work with state and federal government agencies creating strategies to meet industries employment needs including extensive experience with creating Veteran and spouse of military personnel programs
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, set goals with objectives and tactics
- Lead teams of volunteers and contractors to keep projects moving through complex analyses and government regulations
- Manage special projects for organizations by facilitating dialogue and consensus among stakeholders
- Train boards and committees to evaluate with due process and fairness
- Speak to national and international groups on workforce issues
